Synopsis: 

“She used to lie very often.” Due to his inferiority complex, Makoto shies away from other people, but Shizuru manages to make him open up to her. Because of their friendship, Shizuru takes interest in photography and they often go to a forest, partially hidden from the public, to take photos. Shizuru wants nothing but to be at Makoto’s side. When Makoto starts liking a college friend Miyuki, Shizuru decides that she too will like Miyuki and becomes her friend. One day, Makoto asks Shizuru what birthday present she would like. With her interest in a photography contest, Shizuru wants a photo of them kissing in the hidden forest. Since that day of the forest kiss Shizuru disappears from Makoto’s life.”

Tada, Kimi wo Aishiteru ~ ♫ LSS mode…  Tada, Kimi wo Aishiteru means.. Just Loving You.

I remember back then in college , Lois (my college friend) recommended this Japanese Movie while we’re  riding a jeep going home. She’s a fan of Japanese anime or live action. She also looks like a live action herself. *laughs* I just agreed to watch  but I never watched it by that time because of my academic and duty priorities. I set aside watching jdramas or kdramas. Until, I forgot this film already.

Lately, I have read an interview of CNBLUE about their days in japan. One of the questions goes like “What’s your favorite japanese movie?”.  I only remembered Min hyuk’s (my bias) answer and his answer is “Tada, Kimi wo Aishiteru”.And I said to myself .. “I think I know that film”.  That guy is really a fan of romantic films. We have the same taste in watching dramas and films. He’s born romantic and so I got interested to look and watch this Japanese Movie since I have time to watch right now. Ok let’s get into the Film itself.

The setting is alright. There is the University, the mini house of Makoto and the hidden forest. I forgot.. NEW YORK! ♥ too.. I guess I’m so much in to  University love stories.. (honey and clover, heartstrings and heavenly forest) ..all college life! Should I watch Love story in Harvard too? what do you think?*laughs*  I find the forbidden forest really enchanting. I was like always excited whenever there is a scene there.  The most romantic kissing scene  I have ever seen in all the dramas I have watched happened there. Love is all over. All are very appropriate in the story.

The actors portrayed their roles very well especially the lead roles…

• Aoi Miyazaki as Shizuru Satonaka
• Hiroshi Tamaki as Makoto Segawa

Job well done Hiroshi tamaki! From Chiaki Sempai (arrogant pianist/conductor)  of Nodame Cantabile to Makoto the low self esteemed guy of Heavenly Forest  is a really great shift of character. The only thing common among these two characters is the leading lady they have has the same personality. I am talking about Nodame and Shizuru. (Same attitude and hairstyle). They’re both weird as well . They are really good in acting. It made the audience  more interested in watching just like me.

The music is heart-moving especially the ending song “Picture of Love”. LSS mode.. It’s very enchanting and very suiting to the story. ♥

The storyline was totally amazing. Yeah! The way it was presented in the big screen was creative. I  must say… Instead of, making it simply narrating chronologically, the style is more of a flashback. The first scene is in New York.  Makoto was just telling a story of who is Shizuru back then in college. He’s still searching for her. Even though, I have already an idea what will happen because of some spoilers yet it didn’t make me think “Sorry, i know it all..No more suspense”. But I think, it’s better if you didn’t read any synopsis first. Anyway, even I have already a clue it still made my tears flow on my cheeks and my emotions bursts.

Makoto’s realization of his infatuation only for Miyuki and  real love  for Shizuru that was not conveyed made him regret in the end.  Also, Much more reason to cry because of  how Shizuru showed her PURE LOVE to Makoto through her photo exhibit.  *REALLY HEART MOVING* I blame the Photo exhibit scene for that. It has a tragic ending. But, If you will watch in the first scenes you’ll ever know what will happen in the end.  The first part is humorous especially how weird Shizuru is. haha! Sad ending yet really romantic. I was convinced that it has a good story. It’s very unique too.

For Photography enthusiast out there, I’m sure you’ll love this movie. Makoto has a passion for photography. This passion made them more close and their love blossomed.

In the end,the  pictures speaks louder than words.  I got goosebumps. It shows how simple pictures maybe but it has a great impact on life. Making memories still and immortal is like magic . This movie is flowing with quotable quotes! It is very inspiring.

I hope I should have watch it earlier. It’s really a great movie! Sugoii! ♥ Please do have time to watch it Romance suckers. haha!*confetti*
